I'm Jesyka Anderson, and I've been caring for children for more than 25 years. I began by babysitting and have transitioned into many roles: preschool teacher, nanny, live-in nanny, travel childcare, and overnight newborn care. In that time I've cared for children of every age, from first-week newborns through high school.
I started working with children because I genuinely enjoy helping them learn, grow, and feel loved. Families often tell me that their children feel comfortable with me right away, and that they appreciate the patience, kindness, and consistency I bring to their care. My approach is play-based and child-led: I celebrate each child's unique spirit, nurture their self-esteem, and encourage a sense of inclusion and belonging.
When I'm not involved with childcare, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring historic towns, trying new recipes, traveling, hiking, the beach, and making memories with my nieces and nephews. I also love learning new hobbies and finding creative ways to bring joy and enrichment into children's lives.

Jesyka is an incredible caregiver and human being. She has helped me with childcare for the past two years, and from the first day she gave me immense peace of mind while I was away, was constantly sending updates on the children, and my children instantly bonded with her. She leads with kindness while enforcing the rules I set for my kids. 10/10 recommend.
We have trusted her with our children since our oldest was a newborn, and her 25+ years of childcare experience shines through in everything she does. She is creative, engaging, calm, and full of wisdom, making every moment with our children both fun and enriching while giving us complete peace of mind. We love her so much that we've even brought her along on family vacations, because her loving care helps our family create the most magical memories. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
Jesyka is an amazing babysitter! She is fun, engaging, and always comes up with creative activities that keep our child entertained and happy. We completely trust her and have always felt confident leaving our toddler in her care, even overnight. We highly recommend Jesyka to any family looking for a reliable, caring, and wonderful babysitter or nanny.
Jesyka is attentive and extremely helpful! My daughter loves her calm and caring demeanor! I would highly recommend her!
Finding someone you trust with your child is one of the hardest things a parent will ever do. We were fortunate enough to find that person over 14 years ago, and I can honestly say she has become part of our family. She lived with us when our son was born and was by our side during his birth. She helped care for him throughout his first nine months of life, and now, 14 years later, she is still the first person we call whenever we need childcare. Whether it's overnight care, helping during family weddings while we travel, or giving us the chance to enjoy a much-needed date night, she has always been there for us. She is a true nurturer—not only to our son, but to us as parents as well. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely loves the children she cares for. She is an excellent cook, keeps everything neat and organized, and knows how to make kids feel safe, loved, and have fun at the same time. What sets her apart more than anything is her ability to listen. I have never met another caregiver who follows parents' wishes as carefully and respectfully as she does. She listens to every instruction, follows it to the letter, and has never done anything with our son that we weren't completely comfortable with. As parents, that level of respect and trust is priceless. One of the greatest compliments I can give her is that our son is now 14 years old, and he still genuinely looks forward to spending time with her. Their relationship has grown right alongside him, and that speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. She has been a constant source of love, support, and joy in our family's life, and we are endlessly grateful for her.
